Overview

We all know that we negotiate day in and day out with just about everyone. We negotiate with our suppliers and coworkers, our friends and our bosses, the family we like and the family we don’t like! Negotiations can be difficult and stressful and when emotions get in the way ….. oh boy, watch out!

This workshop is about how to recognize and work through emotional negotiation issues with better results and less stress. Participants will develop insights into their own strengths and weaknesses, learn to identify the 5 'conflict styles' tools and how to work with them, understand how to define each side's power in any negotiation, and practice and develop ways to turn difficult negotiation issues into creative problem-solving situations.

Become a Good Negotiator: reduce stress levels, increase bottom lines, get more done, build long-term relationships and create more win-win solutions
