NAPM-SD Cancellation and Substitution Policy.
All registrations are final unless a request to cancel is received in writing five (5) or more business days before the event. For example, if the event is to be held on the 6th of the month, we must receive your request to cancel no later than 5 PM on the 1st of the month.
If you are unable to attend a previously registered and paid for event, you may send someone from your firm as a substitute however please let us know about it at least 2 days in advance so all registration and other event paperwork can be changed.
